Please can all developers keep their hands off code that is not theirs
until the code is released?  I now have a situation where I have spent
much of the day writing code, only to find that I cannot check it is
as the code base has been changed by others is such a way that the new
(and working) code cannot check it.

cvs commit: Up-to-date check failed for `winsound.cxx'
cvs commit: Up-to-date check failed for `winsound.h'

I had to fix a number of changes to get this far.

Perhaps winsound will have to be deleted from the CVS and kept
private.  I cannot develop if the code changes under my feet.
