Hello,

I adapted the syntax highlighting feature and the quickref layout 
improvements I had added to the html files to the pdf and htmlhelp 
generation process. For the pdf form of the manual, I did not add
the lightgrey background to the examples (thinking of paper print)

I modified too quickref.py so that links are added on each opcode name 
in the Quick Reference appendix. Those links are active in the three 
forms of the manual though not visible. So those appendix pages have the 
same appearence than before but with the links extra feature.

I commited too those modifications to manual-fr.

The files impacted are:
csound.css
quickref.py (quickref-fr.py for manual-fr)
stylesheets/customPDF.xsl
stylesheets/customHTMLHelp.xsl

Very Nice! In time for the upcoming release...
This manual release will see many nice improvements!
It's starting to look every day less like the manual of a FLOS
application... =)
