Hello,

I'm currently working on a host application using the Csound 5 API and
am wondering if there is a simple way to configure a hosted Csound
instance to have a different number of audio input channels than audio
output channels.

In CsoundAV, which I have used hitherto for live electronics pieces,
there was the -+i commandline option.  I don't seem to see an equivalent
provision in Csound 5 but perhaps I am just overlooking something?
