I guess so. My thinking was to build the whole thing with
scons so that others could test; effectively it would be
about
75% of the installation process. All is left are the
executables
and documentation (and this too could go into the
framework). With scons building it, it would be able to
test and keep in sync. I can do a makefile to build the
framework.
I'll have a look at this next week.

In any case, a provisional framework has to be built so that
the applications linked dynamically to CsoundLib can be run.
This
only needs the CsoundLib file under /Library/Frameworks/
CsoundLib.Framework.
