It now seems that ASIO4ALL supports varied sample rates (whatever a sound
card supports). Csound5, however, gives an "illegal sample rate" message
when I use sr=22050, even though my sound card supports it. (I believe the
message is: "illegal sample rate 22050.000000." Sounds suspiciously like
that 48000 sr bug in CS4GBS, which turned out to be a bad comparison
statement.)

Is Csound5 perhaps limited to SR's >= 44100? (I'm talking about Windows and
ASIO drivers of course.)
