A number of comments in the API (csound.h) refer to not using certain functions unless the engine is in a state following having called csoundPreCompile. These include csoundRunUtility, csoundExtractScore and csoundSetChannelIOCallback among several others.
Since csoundPreCompile is no longer extant, what is the equivalent sequence of calls to get things in a similar state where it is safe to call such funcitons?
Shouldn’t the csound.h (and thereby doxygen) be updated to reflect the demise of csoundPreCompile?
