Hmm, I'm not really familiar with scons. But I guess if I call scons
install=1 with the same flags I used for building it should be ok, right?
Also, is it ok to override the install location using prefix=/tmp/etc? This
is because I need to install to a temporary directory to build the package.

Hm.. I didn't see those. Maybe something is failing and I haven't seen it
(scons has the bad habit of ignoring my requests and continue building).

OK. The thing is that libcsound doesn't have a SONAME either. That isn't
necessarily bad, but it's not common.
