I discovered that ftmorf does not update iresfn unless ktfindex changes.
ftmorf kftndx, iftfn, iresfn

I guess this is by design, as it might optimize performance.

It would probably be good to update the manuel with a note about this.
"This morphed function is written into the table referenced by iresfn
on every k-cycle."
could be changed to:
"This morphed function is written into the table referenced by iresfn
on every k-cycle.
Note: iresfn is only updated if the morfing index changes it's value,
if kftindx is static, no writing to iresfn will occur"

I've attached a test csd, in case someone wants to see the issue in action.
