While doing fuller testing of the CSOUND_PARAMS structure, I noticed that:
  1. the heartbeat member is ignored by both csoundGetParams and csoundSetParams
  2. the csd_line_counts parameter can only be set, never reset.
  3. compute_weights is totally unused; is their a different variable expecting to respond to this?
  4. I would have thought the default sine table size would have been a good candidate for the structure as well. - this is an api change, though and probably a missed opportunity for a while.

These are just nit-bugs, but I presume they should be logged for later attention.  I cannot see how one enters a ticket for csound6.  Is this restricted to active developers?

Actually, I can see in argdecode.c where to fix the first two issues.  Once the git procedure for branching gets resolve, I don’t mind making minor changes like these myself for the project.  I’ve walked a lot of the 5.18 code and am now taking 6.0 code in.

I wasn’t in the habit of signing in.  My fault. The “create” now shows up.  Thanks.

I was able to post this to 6.0 final.  There was no future milestone or point release slot where I could post fixes.  Now that csound 6 is in general release, should such be created?
