Greetings:

  IIRC the instructions for building Cs5 were included with the deleted 
csound.pdf file. Now that that file is gone, where does the new user go 
to find the requirements and directions for compiling Cs5 ?

Hi Dave,

The Csound Reference Manual has the information here:

which is a subsection of:

http://csounds.com/manual/html/csound5usersguide.html

(I don't think the building section shows up on the Table of Contents
as it's a few levels deep)
