I have re-instated the vst4cs opcodes into the Csound 6 build system. In the course of doing this, I have refactored the build system, and pushed all the FLTK configuration code into the main CMakeList.txt. Similar code was found in InOut, Frontends, and Opcodes. I think this SHOULD keep working for everyone, but if not, you will now know why.
