It is loaded because of the following dependencies

libfluidOpcodes.so
        libresmgr.so.1 => /lib/libresmgr.so.1 (0xb7ac8000)

libpmidi.so
        libresmgr.so.1 => /lib/libresmgr.so.1 (0xb7cad000)

librtalsa.so
        libresmgr.so.1 => /lib/libresmgr.so.1 (0xb7d6c000)

librtpa.so
        libresmgr.so.1 => /lib/libresmgr.so.1 (0xb7d0b000)

So relates to external resources and security.

Actually more digging suggests that is it setpriority, or from
pthreads, but not verified yet.
