Hi All,

I've just committed a change to the PortAudio driver that Victor and I
were looking at the other day. It uses Pa_StopStream() instead of
using Pa_AbortStream() and Pa_Sleep().  It also makes the portaudio
callback return PaComplete when close stream has finished up.  Testing
here on OSX it is working fine; if others could give it a go with
-+rtaudio=pa_cl and let me know if there's any problems I'd appreciate
it.
