[Cs-dev] sndload

Subject[Cs-dev] sndload
Surely is broken. It loads a file into memory, remembers all the loop
information etc in it and then loses the pointer to the data! The
suggestion that it is incomplete seems most likely.
  There is no code in loscilx to use a previously sndload loaded file;
indeed it calls LoadSoundFile itself if given a string.

My current best guess is than sndload should be removed as pointless,
and loscilx needs documentation like loscil. Better would be to merge
loscil sand loscilx as they seem to overlap a lot, like allowing upto
16 outputs for loscil, and writing an array-based output version.

Anyway sndload should be deprecated
