I think there is some problem at CVS. I had exactly your problem when I
just now tried to check out Christopher Ariza's athenaCL files from
SourceForge CVS. If that's the case, the problem will go away as soon as
the SourceForge administrators fix it -- hours or a day or so. However, I
could download his latest file release from SourceForge.

I will be uploading a fresh file release with ASIO for Windows today
sometime. I have also re-ordered the sections in csound.pdf a bit and added
a little on ASIO.

Try deleting CsoundVST_wrap.cc and then see if you can build CsoundVST. It
may be that a version of this SWIG file generated for a different OS is in
CVS. If that works, let me know and I will delete this file from CVS.
