When I look at the manual html/index.html I do not see partial (for
example) in there.  That is why I think it is not documented.  Neither
is pvsifd, or resynth.....

Mine you if the change was very recent (since 6 November) I have been
unable to update the tree 

cvs update: Updating .
cvs update: failed to create lock directory for `/cvsroot/csound/manual' (/cvsroot/csound/manual/#cvs.lock): Read-only file system
cvs update: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/cvsroot/csound/manual'
cvs [update aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
