Summary: lineto not exact 

Initial Comment:
when lineto goes to a target, it seems to stop "just before" reaching the target.
example attached. starting from 1, instead of reching 2 it reaches 1.99991, and instead of reaching 0 it reaches 0.00029.
OSX 10.5.8 Csound 5.12.3

I think I have fixed this, but the code is somewhat difficult to follow.
