Looks like it built Ok. A quick search online seems to indicate that Appveyor puts a limit on artifact storage. I guess we've hit the limit? I think we can just ask for more storage. Alternatively we can push the artifacts to another cloud based service like bintray. Or switch to another CL on Windows.
