Are we ready to shut this down?

Two options:

1) delete the project
2) remove all files, but keep the project there empty, with a notice pointing to github.

Option 2 seems like the best thing to me.

The notice is up there. Now we can start deleting things. I think we have everything archived,
but I am not sure whether these directories in sf have been:

- manual
- releases for older systems

Will look and see .  Think I have releases for older versions.  Not sure about manual
