Hi all,

I have set up a script that mirrors the csound6 git repo from
sourceforge to github[1]. Mostly because I find the github interface
is better than the sf one (good for referencing commits and/or files).
I have disabled the wiki and issue tracker, and don't intend to manage
pull requests. In other words, I expect this to be a read-only copy.
