Subject[Cs-dev] Testing named instruments
I have made a number of changes affecting messages on instrument
names/numbers. I need someone to test this as I do not use named
instruments and have no example to hand.

In particular I am not sure that all cases in MIDI+named instrument
shave been found, and I think there are a could of other areas in
pitch0 and spectra that need checking.

So please tests. Seems OK for numbered instruments so far

Just checking it into CVS now

I'm trying to prepare an example but can't seem to recreate the issues
I was having yesterday! I don't build Csound any more due to the
excellent suite of installer now available so I can't test it myself.
