This is what I kept saying here...

That is my fault, I had not foreseen this. Another solution
is to use PVOC_CUSTOM and then add an extra optional
parameter to pvsfread, pvoc, etc, to specify a function
table for use when the window type is PVOC_CUSTOM.
There is no code currently in any opcode to read
a custom window from a PVOCEX file. But it can be
implemented in the read/write functions.
