The Python interface to Csound no longer works on Windows, but causes a segfault and crash whenever I try to run Csound from Python. This may be related to recent work on Python message callbacks in python_interface.i and csound.hpp.

I haven't tried this on other platforms, but I suspect it would crash there as well.
