Subject[Cs-dev] Attention John ffitch
Could you please give me write access to the manual module in csound CVS?

I would like to move the new material that I have written for the Csound 5
manual into the docbook manual system. I will create a separate makefile
for the Csound 5 manual, and a new directory to contain files specific to
Csound 5.

As far as I can tell you do have write access to the manual and always
have had. Can you tell me more?

Hi Michael and all,

Just a note, I realized just now how simple a solution there is for the
PDF output and XInclude issue. I have it now set to use xsltproc to
output an intermediary .fo file, then use fop.sh to convert the fo to
PDF. (Using fop to do both steps like before automatically uses Xalan
for converting to .fo, so no xincludes). So, bottom line, PDF is now
working for me. (May still require the ulimit change as noted in prior
email.)

I've just checked in the new Makefile that calls xsltproc for the PDF
target.

Will continue to style and shape the various forms of the manual in the
coming week!

steven
