Istvan, I think it's ironic that you complain about other people messing with your code, when I'm sure you recall complaints from John ffitch, Matt Ingalls, and myself, at least, about YOU messing with OUR code.

I realize, of course,  that I do not know the whole story here or understand the nature of the code changes that were made.

Independently of the merits of the code changes, if I were ffitch, your coarse insults would probably make me stop listening to you altogether. I hope you will try to make up with him so that you will remain in the main branch of development. 

I must say, I don't like the idea of you setting up your own private branch in the current Csound CVS. This doesn't sound to me like a real solution of the problem.
