I realised now that the FLTK graph window is not being
closed and disposed of when csoundReset() is called
on OSX. Is it possible to fix this? That is leading to
crashes
on a new compile.

The widget opcode windows close OK, but that's of course
expected, as the instrument instance is cleared.
