After Matt's suggestion, I've added a python script which generates the
file misc/quickref.xml from the individual opcode entries. I'm hoping
this will be useful for all front-ends, which can now parse the single
html file produced (MiscQuickref.html) to generate syntax completion and
opcode categorization.

I've used the info tag to specify sectioning. Almost all opcodes are
still lacking the info tag, but I'm presenting this to know if it's
really useful to front-end programmers, if it can be done better, or if
it's just a waste of time...
