pv_export  on csound5 OS X will not build, can't
find cenviron to link to (supposedly in libcsound.a,
when -lcsound the linker does not complain about this
symbol anymore, but of course it can't find other symbols)

removed it from SConstruct and managed finally to finish
the scons build. Haven't tested it yet, will do tomorrow
hopefully.
