I cannot see that there are many things stopping a csound5.0rc1

The biggest area is documentation.  I like Richard's suggestion of a
plugin call to give the URL of the documentation, or no link.  The
things I know about not included above are:

Simple Installers for all platforms
Integration of SDFT into the f-signals
Replacing the control opcode with something as simple
I still have FLTK problems on MacOSX

I think we really need a release candidate, and this month.
