All code that went missing after I changed some names is now back in git.

Some sort of change in string handling broke the Lua opcodes, but I fixed them. I also took OpenMP out and replaced it with pthread because there is no easy way to OpenMP on Android yet.

The Lua opcodes now build and run for WIndows again, and they build for Android.

Plugin opcodes still not loading... but I have some things to try.
