I have float/i386, double/i386 and double/i86_64 ready to go.  Am I
right in assuming that Victor's OSX system is floats?
I will build the float/i86_64 system this evening (about to leave
university), and check that the java stuff is built on double/i86_64.
  So we need windows system(s).
