Regarding docs, I found some info in csound5/Opcodes/stk/stkOpcodes.cpp
but I can't find the what-controller-is-which-parameter info that it
mentions. Shouldn't this be in the manual?
Note that this is in 5.08, I just looked in 5.09 and there the STK
toolkit isn't even included, you have to download it and copy it there
yourself.
