I tried building the latest cvs portaudio sources with ASIO, and now all 
pa_tests function properly. However when running csound, there's a crash 
when accessing the audio hardware that doesn't completely shut down 
csound, but rather it continues rendering as in differed time. If I 
remember correctly, the same thing happened with DirectSound, so the 
problem might be related.
