I have updated the examples/Orbifold.py example to use a built-in, self-contained Csound orchestra, and to use the csnd.CsoundPerformanceThread to run the Csound performance.

Thanks to Victor Lazzarini for suggesting that I take another look at this class.

However, this example now requires CsoundVST's "Silence" classes to run. It should run for anyone with the Windows installer version or who builds CsoundVST on Linux.
