| I recently completed a paper on score generation in voice-leading spaces using Lindenmayer systems. Aside from whatever theoretical interest this paper may have, it shows the kinds of things that can be done using CsoundVST with Python.
The scores in the paper were generated using CsoundVST as a Python extension module, rendered as soundfiles, and also saved as MIDI files and imported into Cubase SX 3 to get notated scores for the paper.
All of the source for generating scores, making pieces, exporting files, and so on is listed in the paper. The paper is online at:
