Hello,

i was building Csound from git and i noticed 2 small things:

- Checking for C header file Opcodes/Loris/src/loris.h... no
CONFIGURATION DECISION: Not building Loris Python extension and Csound
opcodes.
 Loris 1.8 is already installed separately and i am running Csound with the
additional command line flag: --opcode-lib=/usr/local/lib/libloris.so.
Can this checking for loris.h be removed from SConstruct?

- i build csBeats also with the scons argument buildBeats=1
This scons option is not yet in the manual, 
http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/BuildingCsound.html
I do not know what it needs exactly so i can not add it in the manual. Will
you do that, John?
