Perhaps a bugfix release, concentrating on 5.09 issues and
the counting problem? Shall we say Dec 22?

My agenda for this release would be to get some "outside" testing for the
5.09 binaries that I compiled on OS X 10.5 before 5.10, and then to learn
the packaging tools so that I can prepare an official 5.10 release package
for 10.5. Some changes will be necessary to SConstruct to make everything
build smoothly. I should have everything that I need on the packaging
front. I do need some people wit 10.5 to try my current binaries and
especially test some of the optional features like Python support, FLTK,
OSC, STK, and other opcodes as I have only performed cursory testing of the
core Csound library.
