  Okay, sorry for the trouble, it is now working. The problem was that Michael
Gogin's tutorial doesn't make it clear that there should be no whitespace in
the html-like tags. If you just cut-and-paste, there is whitespace in the tags.
  When I ran it from the command-line, I saw an error saying that the orchestra
file could not be opened which gave me the clue (csound5gui crashed without
showing any error messages, so this would still seem to be a bug).
  (An error in the tutorial on page 12 which would be confusing for the inexperienced
is that ,when using the command-line,  C: [enter]  does not work. It would appear
that  cd C:\ [enter]  was intended.)
