| Hello everyone,
I am just getting back to email now because of a six-day power outage here
in parts of Ohio.
I am working on updating the web page at http://csound.sourceforge.net/ for
the new release info/files and hope to post it tomorrow after the files are
made public. Right now, I am assuming the following file names:
Csound5.09.1-gnu-win32-d.exe
Csound5.09.1-gnu-win32-f.exe
Csound5.09-i386d.tar.gz
Csound5.09-i386f.tar.gz
Csound5.09-x86_64d.tar.gz
Csound5.09-x86_64f.tar.gz
Csound5.09-OSX10.4-Intel.tar.gz
Csound5.09-OSX10.4-PPC.tar.gz
Csound5.09.0.tar.gz
Csound5.09.0.zip
Loris_STK_src_5.09.zip
HRTF-data5.09.zip
Csound5.09_manual_html_single.zip
Csound5.09_manual_html.zip
Csound5.09_manual_pdf.zip
Csound5.09_manual_A4_pdf.zip
Csound5.09_manual_winhelp_chm.zip
Csound5.09_manual-fr_html.zip
Csound5.09_manual-fr_html_single.zip
Csound5.09_manual-fr_pdf.zip
Csound5.09_manual-fr_A4_pdf.zip
Csound5.09_manual-fr_winhelp_chm.zip
I am wondering if the HRTF data really needs to be reposted with each
release or only when it changes. Also, are any of the packages still
including Loris opcodes? I thought we stopped distributing those and thus
no longer need to post the Loris source code. (I think that libsndfile and
any other library dependencies such as libgmm probably should be added to
the "extras" source file though).
I noticed the release notes on Sourceforge are still the original draft
without updates.
One last comment: there is no need for each person who uploads files to a
release package to do "Step 4: Email Release Notice" on the release page.
Only John needs to do this when he changes the release from "Hidden" to
"Active". I have received pre-mature notices for the last couple of
releases that include links that are not active yet.
Thanks.
Anthony
