I have changed configure.ac and source files to configure for libsndfile by
#ifdef HAVE_LIBSNDFILE as defined by configure, instead of _SNDFILE_.

I have removed jpff_glue.c which is replaced by csound.c, which defines the
API as now used by csound_main.c.

I have removed load_opcodes.c after merging some of its code into
dl_opcodes.c.
