| Do you mean, an instrument builder type of interface, where the user picks from a palette of opcodes and wires them together to construct instruments? Russell Pinkston wrote something like that, but we could use a new version.
My advice would be to write this in the form of a DLL, with a shell program to launch it as a stand-alone program. That way, it would be easy for people who write other GUI front ends for Csound (like me) to enhance them by including your instrument builder DLL.
I think such a project would find wide use.

common music now supports realtime sending/recieving/recording midi, so
i'd like to integrate the two, realtime algorithmic
composition/enhancement, especially when csound can multi-instance
itself.
