Hi,

I don't know if this is already fixed but yesterday I cloned the develop
branch and after "sudo make install" the header "H/pffft.h" did not get
copied to "/usr/local/include/csound". I could not build Cabbage because
of this and had to manually copy the file.

it should not need to. I will fix the sources.
