I think you need to upgrade to boost 1.33. I did, my sources broke, so I updated my sources. Sorry about that. I regret using Boost now... even though it is very good, it is huge and they keep changing things that work. Otherwise, get the older version of the Counterpoint.hpp and .cpp files, that should work too.
