Subject[Cs-dev] Csound 6 Repo
Hi All,

I've done a clone from csound5 to csound6. Seems to look fine in gitweb:

http://csound.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=csound/csound6.git;a=summary

and I was able to pull using:

git clone ssh://USERNAME@csound.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/csound/csound6

Thanks,
steven

Also we maybe need to bump the version to 6.00?

I updated version.h and CMakeLists.txt and committed it just now. Not
sure I did the API version numbers correctly in version.h (set it to 3
and 0 for major/minor).

Ah, well, I'd prefer it be obsolete. :) I think I need to still
convince John to give up SConstruct. Otherwise, seems everyone else is
generally comfortable with cmake.

Maybe we could remove the SConstruct files from the Csound6 repo?

I think John will be content when he sees that with cmake he can go back to using Makefiles. By the way, I should start learning the cmake format myself...

I think we should remove SConstruct from Csound 6.

Well, I'm sure there are still things not completely matching from
Cmake to SConstruct. I guess though, we could just use csound5 repo's
SConstruct for reference.
