| Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the best way to launch and kill an external
executable from csound is?
The thing is that the GUIs for dssi plugins are always separate
executables that communicate via OSC with the plugin, so the guis need
to be executed and then later killed when csound performance finishes.
Is using execlp the best way? Is there another? How can the process be
killed?
The ideal would be to launch the gui with the least priority possible.
This dssi4cs stuff is beyond my knowledge, so any help is very
appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrés
