Has anyone been able to build a 64bit extern for Max on Windows? I can
build the example that comes with their SDK but it just won't load in
max64. The build command I'm using is:

gcc simplemax.c -shared -DWIN_VERSION -DWIN_EXT_VERSION
-IC:\Users\rory\Documents\sourcecode\MaxSDK-6.1.4\c74support\max-includes
-C:\Users\rory\Documents\sourcecode\MaxSDK-6.1.4\c74support\max-includes\x64
-lMaxAPI -o simplemax.mxe64

Can anyone think of anything else that I may need to put in there in
order to get it working? The Cycling74 guys don't seem to give a toss
about the fact that their example extern won't build :(
