Actually, the compiler warnings seem to be about taking the address
of a CSOUND* pointer and then casting that (of type CSOUND**) to void**,
so that in effect a CSOUND* pointer is type-punned (not casted) to void*.
I did not check if all warnings are about this, as there are quite a few,
so there may still be int vs. CSOUND* as well.
