I have done the whole process a couple of months
ago, so I might be able to help. When I get to the
office, I will look into my machine to remind myself
where things are etc. Meanwhile, you could look at
the cs-dev list archive, as I posted some messages
about it then, perhaps you will find some clues there.

Scons comes into two flavours for Windows: scons.bat,
which you would run from a windows command prompt and
a scons bash script, which runs under MSYS. Both can
be used to build Csound. As far as I can remember, they
end up installed under the Python24 (or 23) directory
tree (after running the python installation script for
scons). Either set add the proper directory to the path
or copy the scripts/batch files to a directory in your path.
