Hi All,

I did a little bit of issue tracker moderation now. I closed out older
milestones and  put in a new one for 6.03.0.  I also added the tickets
I'm aware of that we're committed to for 6.03.0 to the milestone.  We
can now track the work for what is left for 6.03.0 here:

https://github.com/csound/csound/issues?milestone=10&state=open

I think we should figure out a policy of milestone tracking moving
forward so that we can always be sure that all tickets have a
milestone. That way, we can reference the milestone to see what issues
were fixed when we do the ChangeLog.

I also noticed some tickets do not have assignees.  I'd like to ask two things:

* Could those of you working on issues check your tickets to see if
they belong in the 6.03.0 milestone?

* Could everyone check issues to see if you are the assignee for that ticket?
