[Cs-dev] ATS source files in manual

Subject[Cs-dev] ATS source files in manual
hi -

i would like to add the files 'beats.ats' and 'fox.ats' to the manual. i
have some new examples and would like to make them easily executable.
this would mean to have 1 MB more (about 24 instead of currently 23 MB).

i remember some discussions in the past to have too many MB in the
manual, so i want to ask first for any objections in adding these files.

best -

I think it makes sense to include them, as there are no other ats
files in there.
It would be nice to see examples of usage and to have the examples
easily executable.
Thanks for the effort!

I would also agree that they could be put there. Just wanted to make sure that the ats file are not platform dependent. (Although if they are, that could just be a mention in the example)

Cheers,

Alternatively, can we make the build file generate the ATS file?

That seems very nice, if they are platform specific.

i have tested the .ats files, and they are working for linux and osx.
i have pushed the files and some new examples (for ATSadd, ATSaddnz,
ATSinfo, ATSread, ATSsinnoi) to the csound manual git.
